The facade will be lined with a continuous monolayer of mortar on a structure of ceramic brick and a layer of heat insulation, meeting the requirements of the Spanish Technical Building Code. Composition, colours and finishes according to the frontal projection in the project plan.

The dwelling´s interior partitions will be made of dry plasterboard partition walls with acoustic insulation, as specified in the Spanish Technical Code. In the bathrooms, the walls will be tiled with stoneware. The rest of the home is designed with painted walls and ceilings.
